Michael Neylon's Professional Curriculum Vitae
Michael Neylon began his career in 1979 with PKbanken International S.A. where he was responsible for purchasing and invoicing in the accounting department. After becoming a backup operator in the EDP department, Michael went on various trainings for system administration and programming. Soon Michael became system administrator and then the overall responsible of all IT for PKbanken and PKfinans.
1986 Jean-Pierre Estgen, then director banking software at J.B.Wagner, asked Michael Neylon to come over and work as consultant to banks for banking software and applications. Michael Neylon became group leader and later manager. His responsibilities included quality control, consulting, installation, help desk, maintenance and customer service for banking software at J.B.Wagner.
1990 Michael Neylon went to Union Bank of Norway International S.A. as Head of IT.
1996 Michael Neylon took the position of Head of IT and Organization at Deutsche Postbank International S.A.
1999 Michael Neylon was offered the position of Head of IT and Organization in the founding team of Erste Europäische Pfandbrief- und Kommunalkreditbank Aktiengesellschaft in Luxembourg. Michael Neylon's responsibilities included setting up the entire infrastructure of this new and first "Banque d'émission de lettres de gage".
